CA Plus: TimeBank Terms of Engagement

Our Time Bank scheme allows organisations to receive basic training, support, information and guidance from our experts at CA Plus.
Support is given by phone, email, face to face, or by utilising remote link software

1. Service Provided

TimeBank can be used towards a range of support and contact with us at CA Plus that is regular or routine in nature.  Types of activity could include one to one training with staff on site, QuickBooks Online set up and QuickBooks telephone queries  

It is at the discretion of CA Plus staff what activities fall under the TimeBank Scheme. Where requests fall outside of TimeBank CA Plus will explain fees e.g. for Financial management services or Consultation for Organisational Development.

Support is provided, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and over the Christmas period) during normal office hours. 

2. Time Management

Clients can purchase a block of 4 hours of TimeBank from CA Plus. In certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may allow smaller clients to purchase smaller blocks of 2 hours of TimeBank.

CA Plus will keep track of the time used against your balance.  All support via TimeBank will be logged to the nearest 5 minutes. When your TimeBank balance is close to zero, we will raise an invoice and invite you to top up your balance.

If you request support on site, please be aware that TimeBank will also be used to cover travel time.

3. Fees

For TimeBank we have 2 rates:

Subsidised – For organisations within Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

Standard – for all organisations outside of this area.

4. Time bank Expiration / Cancellation

You may cease using the TimeBank service at any time – there is no need to give us notice.

TimeBank fees are not refundable.   At our discretion, any balance not used for a period of over 12 months may be written off.

Clients remain liable for fees for any TimeBank owed rounded up to the nearest hour.
