Financial Management Support
terms of engagement

These are to be read in conjunction with our general Terms and Conditions.

Our Financial Management Support (FMS) allows organisations to receive training, support, information and guidance from our experts at CA Plus. Support is given by phone, email, face to face, or video calls.

1. Service provided

FMS covers a wide range of support. It can be through regular scheduled routine screen shares, or one off sessions to resolve specific issues. Types of activity could include one-to-one training with staff on site, QuickBooks set up, problem solving, creating budgets, VAT, and anything relating to the financial management of your organisation.

We help and advise, but CA Plus cannot take responsibility for the financial management of your organisation.

FMS runs alongside our primary services of accounts, payroll and bookkeeping. It is at the discretion of CA Plus staff what activities fall under the training service.

Support is provided Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and over the Christmas period) during normal office hours. 

2. Fees

Fees are charged at the current rate. CA Plus will keep track of the time used, rounded to the nearest 5 minutes.

Invoices are raised at the end of each calendar month for any training time used.

If you request support on site, please be aware that we will invoice for our travel time.

3. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or rearrange a scheduled FMS session, we simply ask you to give us as much notice as possible. We will not charge for this, we only charge for actual time given in FMS.
